Services provided include:

• Friction Finder
• Full Conversion Diagnostic
• Conversion Partner (Strategic Oversight)

All services are diagnostic in nature.
Implementation, copywriting, design, or technical development are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to confirmation of any booking.
Work begins upon receipt of payment and submission of required materials (such as website links, brand context, or marketing assets).
Because analysis begins immediately after materials are submitted, all purchases are final.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of diagnostic services and the immediate commencement of analysis, no refunds are provided once payment has been made and materials have been submitted.
If you have questions prior to purchase, you are encouraged to contact us before booking.

5. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a booked session once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Rescheduling is handled manually and may require a new scheduling link.
If a client cancels or requests to reschedule more than once, a new booking and full payment will be required.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a missed session and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a productive diagnostic session, clients must:

• Provide accurate website and business information
• Submit required materials before the scheduled session
• Attend the session prepared to discuss their business context

Failure to provide necessary materials may impact the depth of analysis delivered.

7. No Guarantees
Diagnostic services provide strategic insight and recommendations based on professional judgment and experience.
No guarantees are made regarding specific revenue outcomes, conversion increases, or performance metrics.
Implementation decisions and results remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic documents, frameworks, analysis materials, and strategic breakdowns remain the intellectual property of Joshua Viviers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use delivered materials internally for their own business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Joshua Viviers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or implementation of diagnostic recommendations.

10. Modifications
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
